Great Hall Partners Announces First Concessions Chosen For Denver Airport’s Great Hall

Great Hall Partners, the team selected as the private developer for Denver International Airport’s (DEN) Great Hall renovation project, announced today the first concessions selected for the Great Hall: Jax Fish House & Oyster Bar, The Post Brewing Company, Caribou Coffee, Kabod Coffee, Denver Street Eats and 5280 Market, a retail and convenience store. These first concessions are scheduled to open in the middle of 2019, following the completion of the first phase of construction.

Boulder Mountain Handmade Event Returns this November

Boulder Mountain Fire Protection District (BMFPD) and its Auxiliary are pleased to announce the return of the Boulder Mountain Handmade market, November 10 and 11, 2018. Boulder Mountain Handmade is a key fundraiser for the Boulder Mountain Fire Protection District, North Boulder’s line of defense in a foothills emergency. BMFPD responds to more than 150 calls annually, spanning fire, rescue, medical, accident, and service calls.

This year’s fundraiser will feature 60+ artisans selling their wares, including visual artists, crafters, photographers, potters, jewelers, and fiber artists. The event’s attractions for kids include fire truck tours and free art activities. Adults and children alike will enjoy the gourmet bake sale and live performances in the cafe.

Boulder Mountain Handmade runs 10 a.m.–4 p.m. both Saturday, November 10 and Sunday, November 11, at the Boulder Elks Lodge, 3975 28th St. Ample parking is available, and the venue is wheelchair accessible and stroller friendly.


Steakhouse No. 316 Coming Soon to Boulder

Fulfilling a niche for a proper steakhouse up north, Steakhouse No. 316 will open this Fall in Boulder, CO. An offshoot of the Aspen original, the boutique steakhouse offers a contemporary menu specializing in prime steaks, fish and fowl from restaurateur husband-and-wife Craig and Samantha Cordts-Pearce. Set in a beautiful building from the early 1900s, which once housed Conor O’Neills, the 120 seat restaurant will have a lounge of richly toned reds, a sweeping Carrara marble bar, curved black and red banquettes, and a large burning fireplace. The black lacquered walls will feature upholstered damask panels as well as taxidermy and artwork from the 19th and 20th centuries depicting past presidents and ladies of the twenties.
