November 2017 Lifestyle Letter

As the last golden Aspen leaves hang on for the home stretch of fall at lower altitude, the sight of spinning ski lifts in the high country signals that winter is definitely on its way. Here are a few of my favorite things for this beautiful season of the year:

We Need to Talk: Power, Beauty, Glory, Truth

On September 9th, the Boulder Museum of Contemporary Art held the inaugural discussion of its quarterly series.  Panelists included: Reyna Godoy (Unreasonable Group), Heidi Zuckerman (Aspen Art Museum), Nicole Perlroth Thomson (NY Times) and Julia Vitarello (Mila’s Miracle Foundation). The conversation was moderated by Paul Cure (Mea Culpa Productions). 

There With Care’s Red Carpet Adventure

There With Care's annual signature event, Red Carpet Adventure, featured a silent & live auction, hors d'eouvres, cocktails, entertainment and dinner to support the families and children we serve facing critical illness. Thank you for your support!

On September 22nd, Colorado Landmark, Realtors celebrated their 40th anniversary with agents, clients and friends at the 
Koenig Alumni Center at CU. Colorado Landmark was founded in 1977 by Joel Ripmaster, and is still an independently owned company 
specializing in luxury properties in the Boulder area.

John Atencio Girl’s Sip N’ Shop

NSFW Bike Ride

The inaugural NSFWBOULDER cycling tour from Highlands City Club to Avery Brewery with captains Will Frischkorn, Mara Abbott, Jake Rosenbarger and Cari Higgins was September 24th. The September 21st Meet & Greet took place at Rapha and Food Lab. See you in the spring!
