The focus of this workout is to give you awesome upper body strength, lower body stability with dynamic core activation—it’s a no fuss, full body workout. Section 1 and 2 completed together is 30-minutes long. Or if you’re crunched for time, each section is a quick 15-minute workout. The best part is, no weights or equipment is necessary.
